There are a few things in life that deserve attention. Although overall happiness is one of those things, I feel that cooking healthy creates happiness and well-being. I also believe that spending time in the kitchen with a spouse while cooking healthy is necessary and helps maintain a loving and healthy marriage. I am a licensed school counselor and am working to obtain a national certification as a counselor shortly. Maintaining a marriage is something that come easily to me and my husband. Cooking (almost) every night is one of those things that keeps us healthy and happy.
