Chicken Alfredo with Zucchini Ribbons

Are you looking for a rich dish with creamy goodness? I found it! This sauce is amazing and has the perfect combination of creaminess and flavor. Carlos and I made this for dinner tonight. We ended up with a little too much zucchini and spaghetti, so we would recommend using only 1 1/2 zucchini and 1/4 less pasta. We also decided to cut the zucchini into half moons. The ribbons were a bit more effort than we were willing to put in on a Thursday night!

Chicken Alfredo with Zucchini Ribbons

The ingredients for this recipe include: zucchini, olive oil, garlic cloves, chicken, salt, pepper, pasta, flour, 1% milk, evaporated milk, Parmesan cheese and fresh parsley.
