Smoothies are just such a tasty treat in the summer. I always have cut-up fruit in my fridge, so here is today’s concoction: kiwi, watermelon, strawberries, and blueberries. Again, I added Greek yogurt to the bottom of the blender. What’s nice about the watermelon (besides being seedless) is that it contains so much moisture that you don’t need to add any juice to help it blend. Try it for yourself!
