This recipe is a favorite and it comes from one of our first cookbooks: Cook Yourself Thin Faster. The link to this recipe includes lemon juice. The original does not. I encourage you to try both and see what your taste preference is. Something I like to add to this recipe is cherry tomatoes sliced in half and/or sauteed mushrooms. I recommend making the original recipe first and then add/change what you want.
