After a night-stay/layover in Atlanta, GA, on our way home from Puerto Rico last month, we were lucky enough to have lunch with Carlos’ father and step-mother the following day. As a part of lunch, we had an amazingly easy salad that make regularly now because it is so simple.
Spinach and Tomato Salad
- 1 bag fresh spinach (chopped)
- 1 pint grape/plum tomatoes (halved)
- 2 -3 Tablespoons Wishbone Greek Vinaigrette dressing
Directions: Mix and eat. It’s that easy!
