Blueberry Banana Smoothie

And another successful bodypump class is complete! Now if I could only move my shoulders without wincing! Here is the smoothie Carlos and I made after our workout to help our muscles recuperate.


Blueberry Banana Smoothie


  • 1 banana
  • 1/4 cup blueberries (frozen works best)
  • 1/3 cup milk
  • 1 scoop protein powder (we use vanilla)

Directions: Blend and enjoy!

Note: to prevent chunks of fruit, it may be helpful to heat the frozen fruit for about 30 seconds in the microwave to soften it slightly.
