Blueberry Banana Smoothie
- 1 banana
- 1/4 cup blueberries (frozen works best)
- 1/3 cup milk
- 1 scoop protein powder (we use vanilla)
Directions: Blend and enjoy!
Note: to prevent chunks of fruit, it may be helpful to heat the frozen fruit for about 30 seconds in the microwave to soften it slightly.
