Just so you know, the naval oranges on sale this week (at our local grocery stores) are just heavenly! We only bought 3 Saturday and I ate all 3 of them yesterday because they were that good. One I ate with breakfast and the other 2 I cut up and put into a post-workout milkshake. It tasted just like an Orange Julius.
Orange Cream Milkshake
- 2 fresh oranges – cut into pieces
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
- 1/2 cup skim milk
Directions: Blend and sip.
