Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup instant oats
- Almond milk
- Couple drops almond extract
- Orange & orange zest
- Pure maple syrup
- Teaspoon nut butter
- Cinnamon
- Pistachios
Directions:
- Microwave oats with milk according to package.
- Zest orange.
- Add almond extract, syrup, cinnamon to oats and mix.
- Top with orange pieces, nut butter, orange zest, and chopped pistachios.
Note: For more intense flavor and if you have the time/motivation, use steel cut oats instead of instant by soaking oats in milk overnight with syrup, cinnamon, almond extract, and orange zest. Top with everything else in the morning once heated.
